I am a licensed therapist and addiction counselor dedicated to providing support to women and LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, identities, and mental health. With an understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups, I am committed to empowering clients to live authentically and work through any obstacles they may encounter.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. I believe that we all have the ability within ourselves to heal and am passionate about collaborating with clients to address treatment goals through a strengths-based and systemic lens. I utilize a variety of trauma-focused clinical tools to work with clients, including EMDR. I know that therapy can feel intimidating, and I aim to empower clients by providing an environment that is supportive, safe, and affirming for identities at all intersections.
I currently live In Denver with my fiancé and our two cats. In my free time, I love to see live music, go antiquing, and make art with friends.
